MSC地中海邮轮作为全球最大的家族邮轮企业，最近的新船计划是跟下饺子一样，一艘接一艘的面世。近期又与法国STX造船厂签署了建造第五艘地中海 “传奇”级邮轮的订单。

这艘邮轮将于2023年交付，并配备新一代双燃料发动机，可使用LNG液化天然气动力驱动。同时，她还将配备领先世界的环境保护技术，其先进的废水处理系统符合全球最严标准，包括MEPC.227决议，这项决议是目前海洋环境保护的最严监管标准之一。这一新增邮轮订单的达成，也标志着地中海邮轮将再追加9亿欧元的投资，进一步拓展该品牌雄伟的十年期新船投资计划。

工作职责：

• Staff Kids must be passionate about working with children .

• As a member of the Cruise Staff, the Staff Kids are responsible for implementing any of the scheduled social, entertainment, sporting, recreational, theatrical, and craft programs/activities for Norwegian Guests aged 2 – 17 years old while ensuring that each activity takes place safely and promptly as scheduled.

• Staff Kids must be comfortable speaking on a microphone and be an effective Host/Hostess with the ability to engage large groups of people of a variety of ages in a public venue.

• Staff Kids must be comfortable with dressing up in costume and performing character roles.

• Staff Kids must be comfortable speaking with parents/adults regarding general ship information as well as Youth Program policies and guidelines.

• Staff Kids  should have organizational/administrative skills and be attentive to detail when involved with reporting youth program operations and safety.

•  It is the responsibility of the Staff Kids  to be accessible to and approachable with guests, both young and old. He/She must be a patient listener and offer hospitality service to the guests even when the situation falls outside of the Youth Programs.

• The Staff Kids  assists with maintenance of storage, inventory and ordering of all equipment, supplies, gifts and prizes, which are specifically utilized in the programs.

• Each Staff Kids  must have the ability to work as a team member in cooperation with other cruise staff members, as well as with all other shipboard departments.

• Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.

• Must be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and the SEMS, and carry out the policies and procedures appropriate for his/her position.
